Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Documents: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
