As a key member of our weekend operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and our customers remain satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Efficiently manage and complete all assigned tasks within the designated shift timeframe to ensure 100% completion.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections to ensure all products meet company quality standards before they are dispatched.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions in a warehouse setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is essential for immediate consideration.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is required for vehicle access and loading duties.
