Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and labeling orders with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory and stock racks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper material handling equipment.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Detroit.
