Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using warehouse equipment.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanner technology quickly.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
