Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs safely for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
