Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks accurately and efficiently to meet order fulfillment goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and handheld RF scanners.
- Ensure all inventory is stored according to safety and organizational standards to minimize damage.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate workflow needs and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (Weekend availability required).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attitude: Reliable transportation and a positive, hardworking work ethic.
