Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as requested by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
