Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse shelves to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label products for shipment according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all items meet quality specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Communication: Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
