Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and locating items within the warehouse.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
