Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correctness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
