Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and organize inventory to ensure easy retrieval.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
