Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Reliable transportation to North Tucson facility
