- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
