Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to prevent shipping delays.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
