Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and receiving dock duties.
- Ensure customer packages are handled with care and processed on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
