Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely and quickly using proper material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but training provided).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and reduce delivery times.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID for background checks.
