Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Organize, sort, and stage merchandise in preparation for distribution.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic familiarity with computers and handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Kansas City, MO.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
