Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage racks to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely completion of daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
