Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations during the weekend shift.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement process improvements to reduce errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain timely deliveries.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Proven track record of managing weekend shifts and leading teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
