As the Weekend Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe environment, and lead a team of dedicated warehouse associates. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Manage inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Enforce strict safety policies and OSHA compliance standards across the warehouse floor.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance.
- Resolve operational issues on the floor and communicate effectively with upper management.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Ensure accurate data entry into WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
