Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend warehouse associates during peak operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocol adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding weekend shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
