Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, helping clients resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction. We provide full training and a supportive environment for both new and experienced agents.
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote (Hybrid/On-site available).
