Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Georgia-based clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate call documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with remote support teams
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years call center/customer service experience
- Excellent communication & typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Reliable high-speed internet & headset
- Ability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Georgia residency required
- Background clearance & drug test mandatory
