Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining quality metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and adhere to compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Meet/exceed performance targets including CSAT, FCR, and AHT benchmarks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and innovation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Previous remote work experience strongly preferred
