Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on Seattle, WA and Ohio markets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM database after every interaction.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Professional headset and computer equipment.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
