Responsibilities

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Maintain a quiet, professional home office environment during scheduled shifts.
- Participate in daily training sessions and performance reviews to enhance skills.
Qualifications

- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
