In this role, you will be the voice of NexGen, handling inquiries via phone and chat to ensure our clients receive top-tier support.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Follow scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
