Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
