Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and providing accurate solutions or escalating to management when necessary.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the CRM database to ensure up-to-date account information.
- Build rapport with callers to ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Collaborate with team leads to discuss performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes with composure.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to complete our paid training program before starting shifts.
