Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal cycle, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neural Symbolic AI, Quantum Machine Learning) applicable to our core products.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of R&D projects focused on long-term scalability and ethical AI development.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 release timeline.
- Oversee the transition of experimental prototypes into scalable production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons) and delivering on them.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete product features.
