Responsibilities
- Define the strategic vision and technical roadmap for AI systems through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the technological landscape expected by 2026 (AI, Automation, Digital Transformation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
