Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead high-stakes stakeholder engagements with Fortune 500 clients, government bodies, and academic institutions
- Develop proprietary frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible deployment
- Identify and validate emerging AI opportunities across healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quantifiable ROI metrics
- Pioneer thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
- Mentor a team of 12 AI researchers and product strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership or futurist roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations at scale
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural-symbolic integration, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author in top-tier AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience building and scaling AI ethics committees
