Responsibilities
- Architect and design the high-level design for the 2026 Core Systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready models.
- Define and implement best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with product leadership to align AI capabilities with strategic business objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging technologies that can be integrated into the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
