Responsibilities
- Architect and execute digital transformation roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists in implementing future-ready solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure digital transformation ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior team members in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation or technology leadership with proven 2026-tech implementation experience
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends (IEEE, Forbes, etc.)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience scaling digital initiatives across global enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech transformation projects
