Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI algorithms for next-gen autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy research prototypes
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive scientific excellence across the organization

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Publication record in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems
- Proven ability to translate research into practical applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for ML deployment
- Passion for ethical AI development and responsible innovation
