Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and translate into actionable innovation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and executive teams on future opportunities
- Develop scenario-based models for disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AR/VR)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire early-stage startups
- Present quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (quantifiable impact preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Credibility with executive stakeholders and external industry networks
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
