Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformations in large-scale environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and big data processing technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
