- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings for stakeholder decision-making
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive analytics and machine learning tools
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with AI/ML forecasting tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Prophet)
- Demonstrated experience developing C-level strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology disruption
