Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable deep learning frameworks for next-gen applications targeting the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI evolution, identifying emerging trends in AGI and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI solutions into robust product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and rigorous data governance compliance across all proprietary models.
- Optimize existing algorithms for efficiency, speed, and reduced computational cost.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models into production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
