Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into business strategy
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build vendor ecosystems for emerging technology adoption
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating market shifts (2020-2025 experience essential)

- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
