Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor server infrastructure, databases, and network security systems during off-hours.
- Execute scheduled software updates, patches, and system backups to ensure business continuity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the daytime support team.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and asset inventory checks.
- Document all maintenance activities and technical procedures in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts and night shifts as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification.
