Responsibilities
- Perform routine technical maintenance and equipment inspections on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to document and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all systems are operating at peak performance.
- Assist in inventory management for technical spare parts and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support or maintenance is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
