Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and assess their commercial viability
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen breakthroughs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and cross-industry collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or nanotechnology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends 5+ years ahead
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams across technical and business domains
