- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets for cutting-edge innovations
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Build relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI analysis and budget management
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
