- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
