- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technical Support: Assist customers with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, issues, and resolutions into our CRM database.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process Improvement: Identify common issues and suggest improvements to our support documentation and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or helpdesk operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems; basic knowledge of networking concepts.
