Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and clients during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents immediately to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine system maintenance, security updates, and data backups during low-traffic hours.
- Collaborate with the on-site Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers and documentation.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, network troubleshooting, and hardware repair.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
