Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all support interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday engineering team to escalate complex tickets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and network troubleshooting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
