As a key member of our C-suite team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainability pioneers to build a blueprint for the next decade. You'll lead cross-disciplinary initiatives that merge biotechnology, space exploration, and decentralized economies while ensuring ethical governance and inclusive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead scenario planning for global megatrends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 executives and UN policy forums
- Build Foresight Council with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'State of 2026' report for global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech
- Proven track record in futures thinking or horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, space economics
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impact (Harvard/MIT/Berkeley preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic pivots
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Fluency in at least two major global business languages
