Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and boards with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data storytelling expertise
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic innovation projects
